Sol Physical Therapy is growing, and we’re looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team in Tucson. Our practice emphasizes advanced manual therapy, exercise-based rehabilitation, and evidence-driven care. We combine state-of-the-art technology with a collaborative and upbeat environment where therapists are encouraged to develop their clinical expertise and pursue specialty areas of interest.

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on findings and goals.
- Provide expert, hands-on care using advanced manual therapy and exercise-based techniques.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with patients, caregivers, and referring providers.
- Document progress, update treatment plans, and ensure quality and continuity of care.
- Supervise physical therapist assistants and rehabilitation technicians.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional outcomes and maintain a positive clinic culture.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Advanced or interest in manual therapy and/or sports rehabilitation background preferred.
- Interest in developing or expanding a clinical specialty (e.g., hand therapy, sports, pelvic health, chronic pain, or vestibular rehabilitation).
- Current or future Arizona PT license (or ability to obtain prior to start).
CPR certification.
- Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, team-oriented mindset — and a passion for helping patients thrive.
