  • Manage activities related to the analysis, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes, work methods, and production standards, driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce waste, improve operational efficiency, and increase productivity.
  • Lead Process Engineering activities by monitoring project progress, planning and prioritizing workloads, assigning resources, coaching team members, and establishing standardized methods and procedures to ensure high performance, achievement of business objectives, and compliance with customer requirements and delivery commitments.
  • Drive and prioritize continuous improvement projects through structured project management practices, including scope definition, timeline development, resource allocation, risk assessment, and performance monitoring, ensuring sustainable improvements across manufacturing operations.
  • Provide technical leadership and support for chronic production issues, projects, and operational challenges within the area of expertise. Facilitate root cause analysis, establish priorities, support decision-making, and ensure effective implementation and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Oversee the preparation, review, approval, and maintenance of technical process documentation. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), identify performance gaps, and implement corrective and continuous improvement actions to achieve operational targets.
  • Manage capital and operational investments by identifying strategic and operational needs related to technology, automation, tooling, and equipment. Define resource requirements, including manpower and technological capabilities, to support project execution, maximize return on investment, and ensure alignment with corporate standards and long-term business objectives.
  • Lead the implementation, optimization, and continuous support of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions, ensuring effective deployment, user adoption, system utilization, data integrity, and alignment with manufacturing and business requirements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to drive process excellence, operational performance, and successful execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned in support of departmental and organizational objectives.
  • Project Management skills.
  • International experience is a plus
  • Advanced English proficiency is mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role.
