The Wellness  Instructor is responsible for leading and delivering group fitness classes, providing personalized training sessions, and ensuring a safe, engaging, and effective exercise environment for all participants. Wellness instructor will guide individuals or groups in achieving their health and wellness goals through a variety of fitness, nutrition and mental well-being practice.

  • Develop and conduct wellness programs , including fitness classes workshops and one-on-one coaching sessions
  • Will lead and motivate individuals or groups in exercise activities including cardiovascular exercises, strength trainings, stretching, Yoga, Functional trainings, Zumba, etc.
  • In addition to fitness instruction, the role may involve providing advice on nutrition, lifestyle changes, and stress management to improve the guest overall well-being
  • Establish schedules and methods for providing wellness services; identify resource needs.
  • Participate in the development of goals and objectives as well as policies and procedures; make
  • recommendations for changes and improvements to existing standards, policies, and procedures;

participate in the implementation of approved policies and procedures; monitor work activities to

ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.

Identify guest needs and recommend appropriate programs related to area of assignment.

Prepare periodic reports; maintain files and records

Ensure that all fitness areas and equipment’s are clean, safe and properly maintained

Keep up-to-date with the latest trend in fitness and wellness

Prepare purchase requisitions; order supplies and materials. Recommendations; monitor

expenditures.

Respond to complaints and requests for information.

High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in sports science, physical education, or a related field is preferred.

Current certification in group fitness instruction, group classes or personal training from a recognized organization (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM, AFAA).

Must hold a current CPR/AED certification

  • Flexible to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by operational needs
  • Physically fit and able to perform rescues, extended standing, and outdoor duties in varying weather conditions
  • Demonstrates strong teamwork, discipline, and professionalism in high-pressure environments
  • Committed to maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and guest satisfaction
  • Willing to participate in training, emergency drills, and continuous skills development
