We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deli Supervisor to join our team at EUROSPAR Fairview. As the Deli Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our deli department, ensuring the highest standards of quality, customer service, and efficiency.

The Role:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the deli department, including food preparation, cooking, serving, and inventory management.

• Train, supervise, and schedule deli staff to ensure smooth operation and exceptional customer service.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the deli area, following all health and safety regulations.

• Monitor and control food costs and waste to maximise profitability.

• Develop and implement promotions and creative menu ideas to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with the store management team to achieve overall store goals and objectives.

The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience in a deli or food service management position, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality products and service to customers.
