Day Time Chef / Fresh Food Manager at EUROSPAR Barryroe
We are seeking a talented Day Time Chef / Fresh Food Manager to join our team at EUROSPAR Barryroe. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of fresh, high-quality food items.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the fresh food department
- Ensure food quality and safety standards are met
- Create and update menus based on seasonal availability
- Train and supervise kitchen staff
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
