We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the finance department in ensuring smooth financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare and record journal entries
• Perform bank and account reconciliations
• Monitor invoices, payments, and supplier statements
• Prepare financial reports and support month-end closing
• Maintain proper filing and accounting documentation
• Coordinate with management regarding financial updates and reporting
• Support VAT and tax-related tasks when required

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Experience with Orange Accounting Software and PIMS system is considered a strong advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
• Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of VAT procedures is a plus

• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• From 8 am till 5 pm
• Immediate availability is preferred
