We’re now looking for a proactive and organised Barista Supervisor to lead our office bar and barista team. If you’re ready to take the next step, lead a team and help us make the bar experience even better, we’d love to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities
- Managing daily bar operations and the barista team
- Following all Health & Safety and hygiene procedures
- Preparing schedules and arranging replacements when needed
- Managing orders, stock control and equipment maintenance
- Monitoring team KPIs and approving annual leave
- Keeping reports and the POS system up to date
- Improving processes and suggesting new ideas
- Solving issues proactively and keeping operations running smoothly
