Develop and maintain a clear and compelling product vision and strategy for the automation platform, aligned with company's overall technology and business objectives.
· Create and manage a prioritized product roadmap, based on user feedback, market research, and technical feasibility.
· Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the platform and its features.
· Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
· Work closely with engineering, operations, and other stakeholders to gather and document detailed product requirements.
· Translate business needs into clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
· Prioritize features and user stories based on business value, technical feasibility, and user impact.
· Maintain a well-groomed product backlog in Jira (or your preferred project management tool).
· Act as the product owner for one or more Agile development teams, providing guidance and support throughout the development process.
· Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
· Collaborate with engineering to ensure that features are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
· Manage product releases, including release notes, documentation, and communication to stakeholders.
· Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including engineering, operations, security, and business units.
· Communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to stakeholders through presentations, demos, and other channels.
· Gather feedback from stakeholders on the platform and its features, and incorporate that feedback into the product roadmap.
· Act as a point of contact for questions and issues related to the platform.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
· 5+ years of experience in product management, software engineering, or a related field.
· Strong understanding of automation technologies, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
· Experience with Agile development methodologies.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
