JP-Legal is a corporate law consultancy firm that has been serving clients in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) for over a decade. While focusing primarily on corporate and commercial laws and transactions, our regional influence spans the entire GCC, serving diverse clients from niche firms to global powerhouses. The firm’s areas of practice: Company Incorporation, Corporate Governance, Litigation, Banking & Finance, Employment Law, Franchise, Company Structuring, Mergers & Acquisitions.

  • Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in corporate, commercial, regulatory, and dispute resolution matters under both Lebanese and Saudi jurisdictions.
  • Lead and manage all stages of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions, including due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, regulatory approvals, and closing.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts in Arabic and English.
  • Conduct thorough legal research to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Liaise effectively with government entities to facilitate regulatory approvals, licensing, and compliance.
  • Manage and mentor Associates and Trainee Associates.
  • Collaborate closely with Senior Associates, Associates, and the Managing Partner on complex legal matters.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed case records and legal documentation.
  • Stay current on developments in Lebanese and Saudi law and advise the team accordingly.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law from a top-tier university; Master’s or advanced legal qualification highly preferred.
  • Valid license to practice law in Saudi Arabia.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant legal experience in Saudi Arabia, with significant hands-on experience managing full lifecycle M&A transactions.
  • Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English, with excellent legal drafting and communication skills in both languages.
  • In-depth understanding of the Saudi legal system, judicial procedures, and regulatory environment.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple assignments effectively.
  • Preferably Lebanese nationality.
