**Food Manager**
**Responsibilities:**
Ready to lead a dynamic fast-food restaraunt for a fantastic casino? Here's what you'll be doing:
- Keep the fast-food operation running like a well-oiled machine by managing all aspects of daily service restaurant operations
- Lead the charge on the front lines, overseeing the front of house operation of your assigned food and beverage outlets
- Champion our commitment to company standards, policies, and all relevant health, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Build and nurture an amazing team through recruiting, training, coaching, and development—including interviewing, hiring, evaluating, promoting, and mentoring
- Partner with leadership to crush budget goals and drive results for your department
- Own the financial performance of your outlets and keep things running efficiently
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and orchestrate seamless team coverage during peak periods
- Turn guest concerns into opportunities to wow by resolving complaints promptly and professionally
- Be the voice of the Food and Beverage Department in team-related matters, both internally and externally
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- (3) plus years of fast food service, retail, hospitality and supervisory experience.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods during shift.
- Must be able to lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds.
- Must have excellent customer service skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Must possess strong communication skills, both verbal and in written form.
- Must be able to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
