Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Direct involvement in the recruitment and hiring process
• Manage employee relations and address any issues that may arise
• Oversee and manage performance reviews and management initiatives
• Ensure compliance with labor law regulations and all other statutory regulations relating to HR
• Use HR software and data management tools efficiently to track and analyze data
• Implement and update HR policies and procedures
