  • Lead daily People & Culture operations and support the Director of People & Culture.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, manpower planning, and Heartist retention.
  • Drive performance, learning, talent development, and career growth.
  • Advise leaders on employee relations, disciplinary matters, policies, and Thai labour law compliance.
  • Manage compensation, benefits, welfare, recognition, and Heartist engagement.
  • Promote Accor culture, diversity, inclusion, wellbeing, and a positive workplace.
  • Support employer branding, ESG, sustainability, and community activities.
  • Monitor key People & Culture data, including turnover, attendance, engagement, and manpower.
  • Ensure accurate P&C administration and provide effective people support to all departments.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of Human Resources experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of Thai labour law, employee relations, and work permit & visa requirements.
  • Good understanding of current HR trends, practices, and hospitality market.
  • Good command of Thai and English.
