Facilities Technician – Data Center Infrastructure Support

Support the operation, maintenance and technical evolution of infrastructure supporting Data Centers (CPDs). The role contributes to implementation projects, operational activities and service continuity while working closely with technical teams across the organization.

Main Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and operational activities of the infrastructure team.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure efficient delivery of infrastructure initiatives.
• Contribute to meeting service level targets for Data Center support equipment.
• Support infrastructure improvement projects and investment initiatives.
• Participate in technical studies, testing activities and pilot implementations.
• Monitor support systems, assisting with capacity and change management activities.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
• Perform installation activities, including rack-mounted equipment installation and cabling (Fiber Channel, UTP and power).

• 12th Grade education or vocational qualification in Electrotechnics or Information Technology.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar technical role.
• Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
• Professional working proficiency in Portuguese and English.
• Valid driving licence.
• Availability for flexible working hours when required.
• Availability to participate in an on-call support.
• Strong sense of responsibility and safety awareness.
• Attention to detail, teamwork, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Experience supporting Data Center environments.
• Experience contributing to infrastructure projects and technical pilots.
