Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Demi Chef de Partie to join our Culinary team. The Demi Chef de Partie will be responsible for food preparation and supporting daily kitchen operations while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supports the smooth running of the kitchen and ensures food is prepared to the required standards.
• Works as part of the culinary team to deliver quality food and maximize guest satisfaction.
• Completes assigned duties in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintains food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
• Assists with stock control and minimizes food wastage.

• Proven experience in a relevant role in a busy kitchen
• Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
