The Operations Executive will be responsible for tracking and ensuring the smooth execution of all ongoing projects in Lebanon and Lybia.

This role involves close coordination with project teams, monitoring timelines and deliverables, and following up on weekly reports to ensure timely submissions, accuracy, and completeness. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized, with strong communication skills and regional knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Monitoring & Follow-up:

o    Maintain regular communication with local project teams, partners, and stakeholders.

o    Ensure that project activities are progressing according to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

o    Identify any delays or issues and escalate them to management with suggested actions.

  • Reporting & Documentation:

o    Collect, review, and compile weekly reports from project teams.

o    Ensure all reports are submitted on time and are accurate, complete, and consistent.

o    Highlight key updates, risks, and action points in a summarized format for senior management.

o    Maintain a centralized repository of project documentation and updates.

  • Coordination & Communication:

o    Facilitate regular check-ins and follow-up meetings with project leads.

o    Support the coordination of resources, logistics, and administrative tasks as needed.

  • Performance Tracking:

o    Use tools such as Excel, project management software, or dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and milestones.

o    Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word).
  • Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience working with teams or projects in Lebanon and/or Libya is preferred.
