Since its spin-off in September 2025 AUMOVIO continues the business of the former Continental group sector Automotive as an independent company. • Lead and develop the maintenance organization responsible for ensuring maximum equipment availability, reliability, and performance across electronic manufacturing processes.
• Drive preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies while supporting operational excellence, safety, quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
• The Maintenance Leader ensures the technical readiness of manufacturing equipment, develops maintenance technicians, and implements world-class maintenance practices to achieve superior Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical or similar Engineering
• Advanced English
• Experience:
• Lead Maintenance Supervisors, Engineers, Technicians, and external contractors.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance master plans
• Coach and develop Maintenance Supervisors and Technicians
• Manage maintenance budgets and expenditures

• Knowledge:
• Problem-Solving methodologies
• TPM
• Lean Manufacturing
• Kaizen
• LOTO
