We're launching Account Wave 0 and looking for Spanish-speaking Customer Service Specialists to join our New Cairo team on a full-time, on-site basis.

What you'll do:
- Handle customer interactions with efficiency and empathy
- Deliver tailored solutions that meet each customer's needs
- Create a positive customer experience through clear communication and professional phone etiquette
What you'll bring:
- Fluency in Spanish (B2/C1) a MUST
- Strong customer service and support skills
- Sharp problem-solving, active listening, and attention to detail
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role and familiarity with CRM tools a plus!
- Flexibility to work night and overnight shifts
