Qualification Required:-

PG in HR/ Diploma

Job Description:-

• Handling end to end Recruitment process.
• Identify the source for hiring (advertisement, job portals, internal references)
• Browsing through job portals to find out suitable candidate for the require positions.
• Interacting with and supplying information to employees, department heads, and job applicants.
• Assisting in other HR related work
• Should have knowledge of salary components and statutory deductions
• Coordinating with candidates and Head of the department to schedule the interview.
• Joining formalities of employees.

Job Responsibilities:-

• Maintaining computer system by updating and entering data
• Setting appointments and arranging meetings
• Maintaining calendars of HR management team
• Compiling reports and spreadsheets and preparing spreadsheets
