The Company will support the student by providing Letter of Internship completion after training period ends.

Training program include:

  • Overall about coffee trading
  • Overall about logistics process and instruction

Practice:

  • Upload contracts, shipping dox, warehouse receipt, weight note, stock reports, stock reconciliation
  • Create samples, register samples result
  • Do contract matching
  • Issue landing instruction, shipping advice, insurance certificate,...
  • Check service invoices
  • Check stock reports

Qualifications

  • Good English
  • Computer proficiency: MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook,...)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details
  • High level of adaptability
  • Sophomore or final-year student majoring in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
