Freelance Designer (Lebanon Based)

Overview We’re looking for a freelance designer to support Nowair’s marketing and brand team with visual storytelling, motion content, and design consistency. You’ll work across social media, campaigns, and brand materials — helping shape visuals that resonate with youth and align with Nowair’s identity.

What You’ll Do

Content Design

• Design social posts for Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok that feel fresh and youth-authentic.
• Create short videos and motion graphics (stories, reels, paid ads).
• Adapt visuals into Arabic and English.
• Support quick creative iterations for GTM tests and performance campaigns.

Brand Design

• Maintain and evolve Nowair’s visual identity (colors, typography, layout).
• Design templates and guidelines for the internal team.
• Support presentations, pitch decks, and campaign visuals.
• Collaborate with the marketing manager and Yoko (digital agency) to align design direction with growth experiments.

Requirements

• 3+ years in digital or brand design.
• Portfolio showing both static and motion work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva Pro.
• Basic motion/video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere, or similar).
• Eye for detail and knowledge of modern MENA visual trends.
• Bilingual (Arabic + English).
• Organized, reliable, and able to deliver quickly in a fast-testing environment.
