To define needs and the rationale for change, to recommend and design solutions that can deliver value to Stakeholders. Identify business opportunities, carry out feasibility studies; develop plans for the expansion of markets and future development phases

• Identify business opportunities, carry out feasibility studies; develop plans for the expansion of markets as well as future product development phases.
• Write project scopes and functional specifications, estimate project costs, risks and assumptions.
• Manage timescales and resource requirements for the successful completion of each phase of development.
• Provide reports regarding the progress of the implementation.
• Perform substantiation tests to ensure the right initiatives are undertaken and the business benefits are being fully realized.
• Liaise with stakeholders at all levels within and outside the bank towards developing and implementing all Business Transform Initiatives.
• Guides and directs the process of addressing business challenges through clear articulation of business problems and opportunities, designing practical business solutions and implementing solutions in a disciplined and structured manner.
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
• Staying up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
• Identifies and defines tactical operational performance metrics geared towards meeting country objectives by analysing the existing gaps.

• B.Sc/ B.Tech/ B.Eng
• Lean Six Sigma (Green /Black Belt)
• Business Analysis Trainings & Certifications (CBAP), PMP can be an added advantage.

Experience:

• 5-7 Years Experience in management of complex operations, ideally within the financial service sector.
• Basic knowledge in process / project management is required.
• A basic understanding in applying Continuous Improvement methodologies is required.
• Experience in dealing with high-level stakeholders in implementation of robust business solutions
