Nurse

• Develop comprehensive job descriptions for nursing roles.

• Provide direct patient care by administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities.

• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.

• Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment plans, and post-discharge care instructions.

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting medical histories, symptoms, and treatment plans.

• Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide appropriate interventions.

• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulations related to patient care and safety.

• Participate in continuing education programs to stay updated with the latest nursing practices and advancements in healthcare.

• Demonstrate effective communication skills when interacting with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

• Promote a positive and compassionate environment for patients and their families.

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited university or college
• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and patient care standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Ability to work well under pressure and make sound decisions in emergency situations
• Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and other healthcare technology
• Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care
• Willingness to work in a team environment and collaborate with other healthcare professionals
• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) (preferred)
• Experience in a specialized area of nursing, such as critical care, emergency, or pediatrics (preferred)
• Bilingual or multilingual skills (preferred)
