• Welcome and assist guests at the beach and pool areas.
• Set up and arrange sunbeds, umbrellas, towels and other beach/pool equipment.
• Ensure the beach and pool areas are clean, tidy, and well maintained.
• Provide and collect towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and other guest amenities.
• Ensure beach and pool equipment is handled and stored properly.
• Monitor the condition of beach and pool facilities and report any defects or maintenance issues.
• Assist guests with their requests and provide a friendly and efficient service.
• Coordinate with F&B and other departments regarding guest requirements.
• Assist with the opening and closing procedures of the beach and pool areas.
• Ensure all safety and hygiene procedures are followed.
• Report any incidents, accidents or safety concerns immediately to the supervisor.
• Maintain a professional appearance and high standard of grooming.

• Minimum School Certificate (SC) or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a hotel, beach, pool, or hospitality environment would be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, welcoming and guest-focused attitude.
• Basic knowledge of English and French.
