Commissioning Lead Engineer

The firm is recognized for its ability to mobilize highly skilled international and local talent, including expatriate technical experts, consultants, and project specialists, to support critical operations and infrastructure development.

• Lead the entire commissioning process for DP2/DP3 vessel systems, including DP power system, propulsion, thruster, electrical and auxiliary marine systems.

• Develop, review and execute commissioning plans, test procedures, checklists and acceptance documents.

• Manage on-site commissioning team, coordinate with shipyard, client, and third-party class surveyors for testing and approval.

• Troubleshoot technical issues, resolve commissioning defects, ensure schedule progress and quality compliance.

• Support final inspection, sea trial and project completion handover.

• Bachelor degree in Marine Engineering, Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines.

• Solid hands-on experience in DP2 / DP3 vessel commissioning (MPSV, DSV, Offshore Support Vessel).

• Familiar with DP system principle, marine commissioning standards, and class inspection requirements.

• Strong on-site leadership, team management and cross-party coordination ability.

• Fluent in technical English; able to communicate directly with international clients and surveyors.
