Position Summary

The Associate Manager – EMR Specialist will support the planning, implementation, and scaling of Electronic Medical Record Modernization across healthcare and public health settings. This role is well-suited for professionals with hands-on with EMR implementation, upgrade, or replacement projects, including integration with clinical workflows and other health systems.

Key Deliverables

• Support the design and implementation of EMR and telehealth initiatives aligned with program goals

• Contribute to workflow assessments and operational planning to integrate EMR upgrades into care delivery

• Coordinate with healthcare partners, vendors, and internal teams during implementation and scale-up

• Develop implementation documentation, tools, and guidance for program partners

• Track implementation progress, challenges, and lessons learned to inform continuous improvement

• Contribute to knowledge-sharing and best practices related to digital health across programs
