- Pendidikan terakhir Profesi Kedokteran.
- Memiliki sertifikat ACLS dan STR aktif.
- Memiliki pengalaman min. 1 tahun di Rumah Sakit, fresh graduate dipersilakan melamar.
- Memiliki sikap bertanggung jawab dan mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik.
