The role As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Deputy Head of Training to strengthen our training management team. Reporting directly to the Head of Training, you will actively contribute to managing and continuously improving the quality of the training provided.

In preparation for a retirement, there is a possibility of promotion to the position of Head of Training.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Training in supervising and organizing theoretical and practical training programs

• Assist the Head of Training in planning, managing, and monitoring training activities

• Contribute to the development, updating, and quality control of training materials

• Participate in the individualized monitoring of student pilots' progress

• Participate in managing special cases: delays, failures, program adaptations

• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (DGAC/EASA) and the organization's internal procedures

• Work in collaboration with the Chief Flight Instructor on flight instructor standardization

• Contribute to internal audits and the preparation of civil aviation authority inspections

• Stand in for the Head of Training in their absence, within the scope of delegated responsibilities

• Monitor regulatory developments applicable to aeronautical training and ensure their proper application within ATO programs
