Full Time - Store Assistant Manager at MACE Ballisodare
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Assistant Manager to join our team at MACE in Ballisodare, Ireland. As the Store Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the store manager in daily operations and ensuring excellent customer service.
Role includes:
- Assist the store manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns
- Supervise and train store staff to ensure high performance and productivity levels
- Manage inventory levels and assist in ordering and receiving merchandise
- Ensure store cleanliness and organisation to create a welcoming environment for customers
- Monitor and analyse sales performance to identify areas for improvement
The ideal candidate for this position will have previous retail experience, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service. If you are a motivated individual with a hands-on approach to management, we would love to hear from you!
