Administrative Assistant (Civil Services Contract)

Nazarbayev University School of Medicine, established in 2015, is being developed in partnership with the University Of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and offers a US-style curriculum taught in English. NUSOM’s mission is to educate a new generation of clinically skilled and research-focused physicians prepared for leadership positions in research, education, and clinical care to improve the health of individuals in Kazakhstan, Central Asia, and around the world.

• To be responsible for coordinating admissions of the program trainees;

• Organizing training for the program;

• Assisting in the design and delivery of training curriculum.

• Candidate should have a master’s degree in education, administration, public policy, or public health;

• Fluency in both English and Russian languages is required;

• Prior administrative experience is desirable.
