Specialist-Flavour Panelist responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Applies GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility, as appropriate
  • Applies the highest quality standard in all areas of responsibility
  • Demonstrates and promotes the company vision
  • Demonstrates strong client service skills, teamwork, and collaboration
  • Proactively plans and multitasks to maximize productivity
  • Meets all quality and productivity metrics and demonstrates strong teamwork and collaboration
  • Regular attendance and punctuality
  • Perform a variety of sample preparations for flavour panel
  • Schedule panellists using Outlook, and maintain professional communication via phone and email
  • Prepare product samples; manage consumable inventory; manage labware and paperwork
  • Purchase supplies and perform P-card reconciliation
  • Communicates effectively with client staff members
  • Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Adheres to highest quality standards; ensures compliance with quality system requirements
  • Communicates effectively with client staff members and co-workers

The ideal candidate would possess:

  • Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
  • Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies
  • At least one-year relevant experience;

Basic Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree, BS preferred
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
  • Position is full-time, working Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00p.m overtime as needed
  • Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Winston-Salem, NC are encouraged to apply.
