Head of Marketing - Indonesia

Job Title: Head of Marketing (aCommerce Indonesia)

Role Overview

As Head of Marketing for aCommerce Indonesia, you will lead our integrated Marketing Hub—spanning Marketing Services (Performance Media, SEO, CRM, Creative), Live Commerce, and Affiliate Management. You will drive full-funnel E-commerce strategies for global brands, manage P&L, scale live-streaming operations, and lead a high-performing team to maximize client GMV and account profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Hub Leadership & Strategy

• Own P&L and strategic direction for the Marketing Hub across Performance Media, Live Streaming (TikTok/Shopee/Lazada), and Affiliate Networks.

• Architect full-funnel growth strategies that move beyond vanity metrics to directly drive brand client GMV and ROI.

• Scale Live Commerce operations (studios, hosts, KOLs) and expand affiliate publisher networks to establish market-leading services.

Client Growth & Commercials

• Serve as the senior strategic lead for enterprise clients, managing C-level relationships and high-value renewals.

• Partner with Commercial teams to pitch prospective clients, cross-sell hub services, and expand account profitability.

• Establish KPIs, manage multi-billion IDR media budgets, and ensure precise financial reconciliation and pacing.

Operations & Team Management

• Streamline cross-functional workflows between media buyers, live stream producers, affiliate managers, and creative teams.

• Lead, mentor, and build a high-performance team, fostering operational efficiency and service excellence.

Qualification

• 6+ years in performance marketing or digital agency leadership, with 3+ years managing multi-functional teams in Indonesia.

• Deep mastery of the Indonesian E-commerce ecosystem (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, Tokopedia) and major digital media platforms.

• Hands-on experience scaling Live Commerce and Affiliate operations.

• Strong commercial acumen (P&L management, client pitching, up-selling).

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia with exceptional executive presentation skills.
