Job Title: Visual Merchandiser (VM)

Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser with a strong interior design background to elevate our brand image and enhance the customer experience through attractive and effective in-store displays. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in visual merchandising, with a proven eye for aesthetics, layout, and retail design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and execute visual merchandising strategies in line with brand guidelines.

• Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that enhance customer experience and drive sales.

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop seasonal themes, promotions, and new product launches.

• Style product presentations across showrooms, window displays, retail corners, and events.

• Use space planning and interior design skills to optimize product placement and traffic flow.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment at all times.

• Conduct regular store visits to ensure VM standards are consistently implemented.

• Analyze customer feedback and sales reports to adjust visual strategies.

• Train store staff on basic visual merchandising techniques.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the retail or interior furnishing industry.

• Strong knowledge of design principles, color theory, lighting, and space planning.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or SketchUp is a plus.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

• Creative thinker with a strong commercial awareness.

• Flexibility to travel to different branches and work during weekends or holidays when needed.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in furniture, home décor, or interior design-related industries.

• Familiarity with luxury retail standards is a plus.
