The Task:

• You support the planning, creation and publishing of social media content.
• You research trends, topics and platform developments in the social media space.
• You assist in developing content ideas and editorial plans.
• You prepare presentations, moodboards and creative supporting materials.
• You contribute to the production of social assets for different platforms.
• You support community management and channel maintenance.
• You monitor competitors, creators and relevant digital trends.
• You assist with reporting, analytics and performance evaluations.
• You coordinate smaller organizational tasks within ongoing projects.
• You collaborate closely with creative, account management, strategy and production teams.

About you:

• You have a good understanding of social media platforms and digital trends.
• You are interested in content creation, community management and digital communication.
• You have a strong sense for language as well as confidence in copywriting and proofreading.
• You work in a structured, reliable and self-organized way.
• You are confident using common social media tools and platforms.
• You have gained initial experience in image and video editing.
• You have a good sense for brands, audiences and cultural trends.
• You enjoy working collaboratively and are open to feedback.
• You have good written and spoken German and English skills.
• You have ideally already experimented with generative AI in a creative environment.
