We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Plant Manager for Carbonated Soft Drinks (CSD) and juice productions. The Plant Manager holds a crucial role in our business, efficiently leading and operating our manufacturing facility. Job Purpose With an emphasis on efficient production and quality control, the Plant Manager will oversee the manufacturing operations for the CSD and juice products. They are responsible to ensure the production targets are met while complying with the food and beverage regulations and maintaining a safe production environment. The core focus will be perfecting the production process, implementing cost-saving measures, and promoting teamwork and engagement among staff.
