Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers during working hours at the reception area.

• Handle all customer inquiries and provide professional assistance in the reception office.

• Price and inspect vehicles for customers upon their arrival.

• Prepare, negotiate, and finalize sales contracts with customers.

• Transfer customers who have received their vehicles to the Customer Service Department.

• Escalate external complaints to the Customer Service Department.

• Direct internal complaints to the Sales Coordinator.

• Deliver vehicles to customers upon completion of their transactions.

• Manage the visitor logbook and submit daily visitor reports to the department via email.

• Move and reposition vehicles as needed.

• Ensure the front area of the center is clear of vehicles.

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding maintenance and service related to signed contracts.

Communication:

-Internal: Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales Department, Sales Coordinator, and Customer Service Team.

-External: Interact with customers and handle external inquiries professionally.
