Als Senior SAP Solution Consultant im Bereich HCM gestaltest du ganzheitliche HR‑Lösungen von Grund auf mit und bringst diese in komplexen Kundenumgebungen stabil zum Laufen. Dein Fokus liegt auf Customizing, Prozessdesign und Integration in angrenzende Bereiche wie Finance und Zeitwirtschaft. Du übernimmst eine zentrale Rolle bei Transformationen, Migrationen und Weiterentwicklungen und bist Sparringspartner für Fachbereiche und IT.
