  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, customer and internal requirements.
  • Maintain, improve, and audit Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure that the process and product are comply with Continental Tires  and customer requirements.
  • Drive process and product continuous improvement with production teams.
  • Organize audits, manage corrective actions, and report quality performance.
  • Supervise calibration/verification of measuring systems and manage quality tools.
  • Provide training on quality topics, problem-solving methods, and develop subordinates.
  • Manage the internal quality assurance and control system.
  • Promoting and implement using systematic problem solving methods (PDCA, and internal quality problem analysis tools)
  • Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in Automotive Manufacturing.
  • Experience in Quality Management System and Quality audit.
  • Has knowledge of Data analysis.
  • Has knowledge of Quality management tools (SPC, FMEA, 8D, PPAP, MSA, etc.) related to International standard Six Sigma qualification.
  • Project management knowledge.
  • Good in spoken and written English.
  • Working in international environment.
