Constance Ephelia, our luxury resort destination in Seychelles, is seeking an enthusiastic and caring Kids Club Attendant to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and enjoyable environment for children of our guests. You will facilitate a variety of recreational and educational activities whilst maintaining the highest standards of child supervision and safeguarding. Your multilingual abilities in Russian, Italian, and/or German will be invaluable in communicating with our diverse international clientele and ensuring an inclusive experience for all families.

• Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate recreational, educational, and entertainment activities throughout the day
• Communicate effectively with children and parents in Russian, Italian, and/or German to understand their needs and preferences
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organised kids' club environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
• Plan and deliver engaging activities including arts and crafts, games, sports, and cultural experiences
• Monitor children's wellbeing and behaviour, responding promptly to any concerns or incidents
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of activity spaces and materials
• Maintain accurate records of attendance and activity participation
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and consistent service delivery
• Respond to guest enquiries and provide information about available activities and programmes
• Uphold child safeguarding policies and procedures at all times
• Support the kids' club team in achieving operational targets and guest satisfaction objectives

• Fluency in Russian, Italian, and/or German (essential); English language proficiency required
• Proven experience working with children in a supervised or educational setting
• Strong people skills and ability to communicate clearly with children and adults
• First aid and CPR certification (desirable)
• Knowledge of child safeguarding and protection practices
• Excellent organisational skills and time keeping
• Ability to remain calm and patient in dynamic environments
• Physical fitness and ability to engage actively with children
• Reliability and professional attitude
• Experience in hospitality, resort, or leisure environments (
• Enthusiasm for creating memorable experiences and fostering a positive atmosphere
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as required
