  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with Siemens control and batch control systems is an advantage.
  • Strong people-management skills, with the ability to lead, coach and motivate a team.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the business.
  • A proactive, analytical approach with the ability to work under pressure and resolve issues efficiently.

Just some of what we are able to offer includes:

  • Attractive salary, dependent on experience
  • Full-time contract, Monday to Friday
  • Exciting and challenging work at the heart of a world-leading manufacturing site
  • Continued training, support and career development
  • The opportunity to work with, and learn from, industry-leading people committed to excellence
