Brand Marketing, Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Brand Marketing Team Lead.

Job responsibilities

• Own the brand marketing strategy and always-on marketing engine, driving awareness, acquisition, activation, engagement and retention.

• Translate brand, business and product priorities into clear campaigns, channel plans, briefs and marketing calendars.

• Lead, mentor and develop the Brand Marketing team, setting clear priorities, ownership and accountability.

• Manage integrated campaigns, product launches, promotions and key marketing initiatives from brief through execution and optimisation.

• Partner closely with Product to develop and execute GTM plans for new features, launches and platform updates.

• Coordinate with Community, Events, E-Commerce, Copy, Support, Business Development and other teams to ensure aligned execution.

• Build scalable marketing workflows covering planning, briefing, production, approvals, launch and reporting.

• Ensure all marketing activity is consistent with the brand positioning, voice and visual identity.

• Define KPIs and measurement frameworks, using performance, audience and market insights to improve results.
