Food and Beverage Management Company, managing all Club’s outlets, venues and creating weekly activities and offerings.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in sales, event planning, and hospitality who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end environment. You will be responsible for driving revenue through membership sales, private event bookings, and curated experiences while ensuring flawless event execution.
Key Responsibilities – Sales & Event Manager (Members Club)
1. Sales & Business Development
- Drive membership sales and private event bookings.
- Build relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
- Develop sales strategies and negotiate contracts to maximize revenue.
2. Event Planning & Execution
- Oversee the planning and coordination of private and club-hosted events.
- Manage event logistics, including catering, entertainment, and venue setup.
- Ensure seamless execution while maintaining the club’s exclusivity and high service standards.
3. Client & Member Relations
- Act as the main contact for members and event clients.
- Conduct site visits and private tours.
- Gather feedback to improve future events and member experiences.
4. Marketing & Promotion
- Collaborate with marketing to promote club events and membership opportunities.
- Assist in developing promotional materials and sales collateral.
- Create exclusive event concepts to attract and engage members.
5. Operational & Administrative Support
- Maintain CRM records for client interactions and event details.
- Track sales performance and generate reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.
This role requires a strong mix of sales expertise, event management skills, and luxury hospitality experience to drive revenue and enhance member engagement.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales, event management, or hospitality, preferably in a luxury or private members’ club setting.
- Sales Skills: Proven ability to drive revenue, meet sales targets, and negotiate contracts.
- Event Expertise: Strong background in planning and executing high-end events with attention to detail.
- Networking & Client Relations: Ability to build relationships with high-profile clients and corporate partners.
- Organizational Skills: Capable of multitasking and managing multiple events simultaneously.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software, event management platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
This role requires a blend of sales acumen, event coordination expertise, and exceptional client service skills to enhance the club’s offerings and member experience.
