We’re looking for a Product Designer to craft intuitive, user-centered web and mobile experiences. You’ll translate customer needs and business goals into clear interfaces, prototypes, and scalable design systems—helping teams ship better products through iterative collaboration.

Job Purpose Own end-to-end UI/UX design—from understanding users and defining information architecture to delivering high-fidelity designs, interactive prototypes, and evolving a consistent design system that improves usability and accessibility.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• User-centered UI/UX design
• User flows & high-fidelity UI design
• Prototyping (Figma, InVision, ProtoPie)
• Stakeholder alignment via clickable prototypes
• User research (interviews, surveys)
• Usability testing & iterative improvement
• Information architecture & wireframing
• Design systems (tokens/components)
• Accessibility (WCAG)
• Cross-functional collaboration (product & engineering)
• Analytical problem-solving
• Clear stakeholder communication

Required Qualifications

• Figma proficiency
• Prototyping (InVision/ProtoPie) experience
• User research skills (interviews, surveys)
• Wireframing & information architecture experience
• Design systems experience (tokens/components)
• Accessibility knowledge (WCAG)
• User empathy and customer-focused mindset
• Strong analytical problem-solving
• Excellent communication with stakeholders
• Proven collaboration with product and engineering
• Ability to create clickable prototypes for alignment
