Siloam Hospitals has more than 41 hospitals branch and 25 clinics equipped with complete facilities and professional medical staff ready to provide quality and international standard medical services to patients.
As HR Operation Staff (payroll-focused), you will handle the following:
- Payroll calculation and HRIS administration
- BPJS administration
- Staff contracts and orientation services
- Other HR administrative tasks to support smooth operations
✔ Bachelor’s degree in any major (Psychology/Management preferred)
✔ Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll, finance, or administration (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)
✔ Honest, detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player
✔ Strong communication skills
✔ Available to join ASAP is a plus
