Hardware System Engineer

We are looking for very experienced system engineers with 8+ years in Automotive HV power electronics.

• CR analysis
• Troubleshooting
• Concept definition
• Technical leadership on engineering competencies like HW and SW
• Lead a team of HW Engineers to advance the system-level design of inverters
• Change request management
• Work closely with component suppliers to ensure quality and alignment
• Validate the technical definitions with the customer
• Expected to travel to Milan and Brussels approximately once every two months

• 8+ years of experience required
• Strong experience in Automotive HV power electronics
• Technical leadership on HW and SW engineering competencies
• Consultants will join an international European team, so English is mandatory
