Assistant Homologation

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue vehicle registration and homologation documents.
• Process Certificates of Conformity (COC), import/export certificates, and vehicle modification authorizations.
• Support customers, distributors, and authorities with registration queries.
• Resolve vehicle registration issues and administrative blockages.
• Manage documentation, invoicing follow-up, and data updates.

• Technical or administrative background
• Autonomous, proactive, and team-oriented
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills

✅ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills

✅ Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

✅ Proficiency with computer applications and administrative systems

✅ Automotive industry experience is a plus

✅ English and/or Italian language skills are an advantage
