Creator Solutions Manager (d/f/m)

Position Jung von Matt HAMBURG is looking for a Creator Solutions Manager (d/f/m).

Your Tasks

• Identification, evaluation and management of suitable creators and influencers for clients and campaigns.
• Development of creator and influencer strategies in collaboration with account management, creative and strategy teams.
• Management of creator collaborations from initial outreach to final execution.
• Coordination of briefings, alignments and feedback loops between clients, creators and internal teams.
• Support of productions and ensuring that content is executed platform-appropriately and in line with brand guidelines.
• Monitoring of trends, platform developments and relevant creators in the market.
• Analysis of campaign performance and derivation of learnings and optimization opportunities.
• Support for pitches and the development of new social and creator-driven communication approaches.
• Maintenance and further development of existing creator networks and partnerships.

About You

• You have a deep understanding of the creator economy, influencer marketing and social media platforms.
• You are familiar with the mechanics and requirements of content productions for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
• You are able to evaluate creative ideas in terms of brand fit, audience relevance and feasibility.
• You possess a strong understanding of digital campaigns, platform dynamics and community behavior.
• You are confident handling timelines, budgets, contractual basics and production workflows.
• You have experience working with external partners, agencies and production service providers.
• You identify trends early and translate them into creative and strategic recommendations.
• You are fluent in German and English.
