Key Responsibilities
- Support healthcare provider relationship management.
- Assist with pre-call planning, call preparation, and post-call documentation.
- Help share approved product and clinical information with healthcare providers and staff.
- Support handling basic questions and concerns during interactions.
- Assist in identifying and tracking market and customer insights.
- Learn and follow AbbVie compliance and company guidelines.
Clinical and Market Knowledge Development
- Build knowledge of the disease area, product, market, and competitors.
- Learn best practices from the team.
- Develop skills and prepare for future career opportunities.
Territory Management
- Help review reports and field information.
- Assist in planning visits to key healthcare providers.
- Support call planning, tracking, and administrative tasks.
- Work with the district team and other field roles to support business needs.
Skills
- Good communication and organization skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- Ability to work with others in a team environment.
- Interest in healthcare, products, and customer needs.
- Strong ethics and integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical studies or a related field.
- Interest in learning about healthcare and the pharmaceutical industry.
- No prior industry experience required for an intern role or product specialist but no need for experience.
