Overview:

We are looking for a friendly and professional Chinese-Speaking Receptionist to join our Front Office team. The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with Chinese-speaking guests and committed to delivering excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming our Guests with a warm, genuine smile and creating memorable first impressions.
• Assisting Guests with check-in, check-out, and other Front Office procedures.
• Communicating confidently with Chinese-speaking Guests and ensuring they feel comfortable and well supported.
• Responding to Guest requests and queries with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Working closely with other departments to ensure a seamless Guest journey.
• Supporting daily Front Office operations and keeping everything running smoothly.
• Creating memorable moments through friendly, personalised, and professional service.

• Previous experience in a similar Front Office/Reception role.
• Fluency in Chinese and English.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
