Understand project requirements and translate them into creative, visually compelling designs that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.

Develop concepts, drafts, mockups, and final visuals using appropriate design tools, ensuring creativity, accuracy, and timely delivery.

Create, apply, and evolve brand identities, including logos, color palettes, typography systems, and comprehensive brand guidelines.

Maintain visual consistency and brand alignment across all platforms, including social media, digital marketing materials, presentations, and printed assets.

Design and produce event-related materials such as banners, backdrops, invitations, brochures, presentations, templates, and promotional collateral.

Develop pitch decks, visual presentations, templates, and mood boards that clearly communicate ideas, concepts, and brand direction.

Present creative concepts to internal teams, explain design rationale, and incorporate feedback to refine and enhance outcomes.

Collaborate closely with marketing, projects, events, and business development teams to translate strategies into effective visual solutions.

Edit and refine graphics, templates, and visual assets to ensure clarity, quality, and strong brand messaging.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining high creative standards.

Prepare and deliver final artwork files optimized for print, production, and digital deployment.

Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices, proactively proposing creative ideas and innovative visual solutions.

Skilled in design software: Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Premiere.

Comfortable using Google Drive and Google Sheets for file management.

Strong artistic sense and attention to detail.

Creative, flexible, and open to learning and feedback.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
