We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead full end‑to‑end SAP S/4HANA transformation projects. You must have served as the lead PM on at least one full S/4HANA implementation, including hands‑on ownership of data migration activities.

You’ll apply your PMP or Scrum Master certification, SAP Activate expertise, and transformation leadership skills—while we provide training on one of the world’s top data conversion platforms.

What You Bring

✔ Lead PM on at least one full SAP S/4HANA transformation (required).

✔ PMP or Scrum Master (required).

✔ SAP Activate certification (preferred).

✔ Strong SAP delivery and data migration experience.

✔ Degree + SAP methodology training (ideal).

✔ German or Spanish a plus.

✔ Strong qualities: communication skills, proactive, accountability, assertive, organization, time management, risk management, stakeholder management, problem solving, adaptability.

What You’ll Do

• Lead complex SAP S/4HANA projects from planning to go‑live.

• Drive cross‑functional teams and global stakeholders.

• Oversee data migration strategy, mock cycles, validation, defect management, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization.

• Deliver clear and actionable status reporting, steering committee materials, and risk/issue logs, ensuring executive-level communication.

• Build and manage comprehensive plans covering scope, schedule, budget, risks, interdependencies, and resource requirements.

• Support process transformation and organizational change.
